Our Apex Leadership Program and Fundraiser starts on Friday, November 1st.  Apex is a two-week interactive leadership and character-building program combined with a fitness-focused event fundraiser to help schools raise much-needed funds.  This year funds raised will go towards enhancing the outdoor spaces at Evergreen!  

We will kick off the event Friday, November 1st with a Pep Rally.  Your student(s) will bring home their Apex badge with their access code so they can begin taking donations.  Our main event, The Fun Run, will be held on Thursday, November 14th during your student(s) resource time.  

APEX Fun Run Volunteers Needed!

We are in need of volunteers to help mark laps and man the water table on Race Day.  Students will run during their normal resource times.  We are unable to have spectators at this event so only volunteers will be allowed to come join the fun.  Please SIGN UP HERE to select a time slot to volunteer. All volunteers will meet on the blacktop to sign in and receive a volunteer sticker.

Hello Evergreen Families!  It's time to start thinking about Thanksgiving! To benefit our families, each year we assemble holiday meal bags that include non-perishable items as well as a $15 gift card to a grocery store to purchase perishable items. We are asking volunteers to donate either an assembled bag or a gift card.  

We are also collecting peanut butter, jelly, and pasta sauce (no glass please) to restock the food pantry.

 Provided in the signup is a list of items to include in the bag.  Please deliver your items to the front office between November 18 and November 20.  Thank you all in advance for your support and generosity. SIGN UP HERE!

Cafeteria Visitor Signup You can sign up HERE. Sign up for only one slot (you will get the whole table). Sign up no more than twice (per child) for the Fall time period. Other students are not permitted to join you at the visitor's table. If you have any questions let us know. 

Please help us stock the teachers' lounge with K-cups to start their day off right or just a little afternoon pick me up. Donations can be dropped off in the front office. Thank you for your continued support in appreciating our staff members!

Evergreen Elementary PTA plans many educational and social events for the students throughout the school year.  The EEPTA relies on the support of our parents/ guardians to make these events a success.  

The PTA is currently seeking volunteers for a multitude of fun and engaging activities and events for the 2024-2025 school year.

Volunteers are needed during the lunch times for each grade at Evergreen. Helping during lunch includes assisting the students to open packages, getting condiments/napkins or simply answering questions. Volunteering in this way really helps the teachers be able to have an actual lunch break. You can sign up for your child’s grade and stay to help out other grades if you would like! It is a very flexible volunteer opportunity! You simply check in at the front office as usual, and then grab a volunteer apron and start helping out the kids! We look forward to seeing you at lunchtime!
